Chinatown

Chinatown

NYC’s original Chinatown is one of Manhattan’s oldest neighborhoods and much of it looks pretty much how it did 100 years ago.

The Chinatown real estate market is primarily comprised of tenement-style walk-ups. In the last decade, luxury condos have spread from SoHo into Chinatown, increasing Chinatown’s economic and cultural diversity.

The Chinatown restaurant scene is vibrant and expansive, with more than 300 Chinese restaurants.
