Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Born in New York, Karine grew up in a multi-cultural family that brought her to live half of her life in France and half in New York. She graduated from a Business school in Bordeaux, France, where she began her professional experience in Sales and Marketing. Her parents wisely advised her to invest in real estate at a young age: she bought her first apartment at the age of 25. Her love for New York City’s vibrancy and culture brought her back to her hometown, where she has been focusing her career in real estate since 2005. First Karine was a mortgage loan officer, helping hundreds of clients secure their home financing for 10 years. After purchasing a co-op with her family, she decided to convert these experiences into expertise and become a real estate salesperson. Karine will guide you and bring a sense of ease to the process of buying or selling a home in New York City. She works with clients from the start by establishing their needs and all the way through to negotiating an accepted offer and closing the deal smoothly. She currently resides with her husband and two young boys in Flatiron.

During her free time, Karine spends time biking with her family through the City, plays Mah Jongg with friends, and sails on the Hudson River.
