From the beginning of our apartment hunt to purchase on the UES, Dan was always available for any questions we had about the neighborhood. We never felt pressure to pull the trigger on an apartment. He was incredibly patient and truly cared about our best interests and not just the commission. When we needed help running the numbers to see how one apartment compared to another, Dan was always very honest and never pressured us one way or another.
We also worked with Dan to sell our other apartment. He had great advice on how we could do small cheap improvements to raise the price of the apartment which was very helpful. Unfortunate for us, our first buyer backed out. Dan didn’t stress one bit. The next day it was back on the market and 3 days later we were back in contract with another buyer.
